FOUNDING CUSTOMER

One site. One workflow. Provable in a month.

FloorCoach is taking one founding customer this quarter. The offer is built so the risk sits with us, not with you.

The offer

  • $249 per site per month for the first twelve months, against the $399 list price. Up to 40 users per site, no per-seat charges. No setup cost. No integration required to start.
  • Direct access to the founder — best-effort response same business day, Eastern time.
  • First say in what gets built next: your requested improvements are prioritized ahead of the general backlog.

How the first month works

We start with one receiving-exception workflow at one site. We configure the capture fields and deterministic exception rules together in a working session. Your crew runs it as part of normal work — speaking, scanning, photographing, and signing on the devices they already carry. At least one exception travels the full chain: captured, routed, assigned, resolved, verified, with the reporter notified of closure. The carrier scorecard and audit pack build from the same records.

The terms, plainly

  • Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. No minimum term, no early-termination fee.
  • The day-30 review: if you judge that FloorCoach has not become the record your operation actually uses, cancel effective immediately — the notice period is waived for this first review.
  • Your data is yours. Export at any time — CSV records, photos, documents, and generated audit packs — delivered within ten business days. On request after export, deletion from production systems within thirty days, confirmed in writing.
  • Security review: we’ll complete your questionnaire. Row-level security on every organization-scoped table, SHA-256 tamper-evidence on signed records, anti-extraction guard on the Coach, signing PIN sealed with a non-extractable key. No SOC 2 certification is held, and none is implied.
  • A full written agreement is provided before signature.

What success means (we evaluate it together at day 30)

  1. Workers are capturing the workflow in FloorCoach as part of normal work — not as a duplicate of a paper process.
  2. At least one exception traveled the full chain, and the reporter saw it close.
  3. You can produce records you could not produce before.
